The rental period is at least 1 week and runs from Saturday to Saturday each time.

For periods outside of school holidays or longer than 1 week, we can discuss flexible dates.

The rental price includes :

- full use of house, garden and private pool during the rental period

- bath, bed and kitchen linen

- towels for use at the pool or at the beach

- water consumption

- electricity consumption up to 20 kwh per day. Extra consumption is charged at 0,60 per kwh 

- maintenance of swimming pool and garden

- use of WiFi

Not included in the rental price :

- final cleaning : 260€

- electricity consumption above 20 kwh per day at 0,60€ per kwh

Check in : from 5 PM

Check out : at 10 PM

When booking, we ask for a deposit of 25% of the rent. The balance should be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the stay.

For bookings within 6 weeks, the full amount will be paid upon reservation.

We require a security deposit of 450€. This amount must be paid together with the balance of the rent. If you leave the house in good condition and no damage is found, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days after your departure from the house.

Cancellation policy :

Cancellation by the tenant must always be made in writing.

• More than 2 months before the start of the stay : 25% of the rental price.
• Between 2 and 1 month(s) before the start of the stay : 50% of the rental price.
• Less than 1 month before the start of the stay : 100% of the rental price.

In case of cancellation, the security deposit and cleaning costs (if the property was not used) will be refunded, provided all other obligations have been met.

Some additional points of attention :

No accomodation for bachelor parties.

Pets are not allowed.

Although the villa is suitable for 8 people, it’s just as cozy for 2 or 4 guests. Feel free to let us know if you’d like to visit with a smaller group, and we can provide a tailored offer (outside the Belgian and Dutch school holidays).
